Do you have technical skills and experience working with hand tools, light engineering equipment, and materials? If so, we would like to hear from you.

We are a specialist service covering Kent, Medway, and Bromley. Please note: The Prosthetic Service is currently transferring to a different provider.

Our established facility offers a fully integrated service with high-quality equipment and support.

You will work closely with the Lead Prosthetic and Clinical Support Technician and Lead Specialist Equipment Coordinator to provide professional, enthusiastic support, ensuring ongoing professional development through Appraisal (IR), CPD, training, and regular 1-2-1 sessions.

Your role involves providing technical support to ensure the delivery of high-quality prosthetic equipment to patients, liaising with the Consultant and multidisciplinary team.

Once experienced, you will undertake mechanical repairs with patients, with clinical support available.

You will use tooling and machinery to understand the construction, assembly, function, limitations, maintenance, and repair of common prosthetic hardware devices, following manufacturer specifications.

You will fabricate all types of prosthetic sockets according to technical standards.
