Prosecutions Lawyer - West Yorkshire

About the Role
  1. Following an initial training period, you will spend 60-80% of your time in court prosecuting a wide range of offences, utilizing your skills to achieve desired outcomes. The remaining time will be dedicated to case preparation.
  2. The role offers a combination of induction training, bespoke modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching, making a career as a Prosecutions Lawyer accessible to lawyers considering a change in direction.
  3. Basic requirements include a genuine interest in criminal prosecutions and qualification as a Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales. Experience in contentious law is preferable but not essential; applicants from all disciplines with a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
  4. Strong decision-making skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
