A transportation company is seeking a Prosecutions Administration Clerk to manage customer queries regarding Penalty Fare Notices and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Microsoft packages and customer service experience, with excellent communication skills. About the job
Working in a small team as a Prosecutions Administration Clerk, you will promptly and efficiently deal with customer queries and carry out the administrative tasks and processes related to Penalty Fare Notices, Unpaid Fares Notices and Prosecution Reports. Often first contact with our customers.
Overline House is conveniently situated overlooking Southampton Central Station and is easily accessible by public transport. The station is very local to West Quay, a hub for retailers and restaurants, and provides an excellent link between London, Coastal areas and the Isle of Wight.
