Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking a Propulsion Integration Lead to be based at our office in Warwick. The role covers end-to-end engineering ownership of Powertrain systems during launch and industrialisation, leading vehicle builds, and coordinating across prototype, pilot, and production stages.

You will support validation, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery with cost and quality targets while frequently visiting client facilities and test locations across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering Powertrain, EDU, Battery, Thermal Management, or Propulsion System components within automotive programmes.
• Proven experience supporting vehicle launch, industrialisation, and manufacturing activities.
• Experience leading physical vehicle builds and launch support activities in an OEM or Tier-1 environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end engineering of Powertrain systems during launch phases.
• Lead physical vehicle builds at client plants and prototype facilities.
• Coordinate and execute launch activities across prototype, pilot, pre-production, and production builds.
• Drive resolution of engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supplier issues to closure.
