The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll gain knowledge across our various verticals. These include viewings, tenant onboarding, compliance, and property management. You'll then own one vertical that matches your strengths—sales, operations, or product.

You'll be client-facing from day one. You'll also undergo structured training across property compliance, AI, automation, CRM systems, and cybersecurity. You'll learn how modern lettings work. You'll see firsthand how smart systems free us to focus on relationships and problem-solving, not admin.
