Job description

Job Role:Proposition Operations Coordinator
Location: London – Hybrid, 3 days per week
Who we are
Imagine what even the world’s most exceptional organizations could achieve if all their employees were coached to be their absolute best.
At EZRA, we’re on a mission to do just that. We believe that through professional coaching, people get to know themselves and their goals, weaknesses and hang-ups. And once they know all that, they can build on the good stuff and work on the rest.
This mindset applies not only to our clients but is manifested in our own EZRA family. We believe a happy team is a productive team. We want our people to care about and be proud of what they do. The Role:
As a Proposition Operations Coordinator, you will support the Vice President of Proposition & Strategy and contribute to the team’s operational and strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team that sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing—ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about the intersection of coaching, business strategy, and innovation.
You will maintain the team’s roadmap, ensuring visibility across teams and alignment with broader strategic objectives. This is a cross functional role collaborating with the product team to review and streamline all communications within Ezra’s digital products, helping to drive the clarity and consistency of our client experience.
What You'll Do:
· Maintain & Enhance the Experience Center- Update our internal product knowledge hub with new content, managing reporting and access requests, and managing product demos.
· Administrative & Operational Support- Maintain up-to-date version control and documentation for all proposition and product-related materials, track project tracking and support cross-functional initiatives to improve the client and coach experience.
· Product & Content Management- Partner with the sales enablement team to ensure all sales collateral is relevant and up to date. For example, review version controls, update approved pricing, and review outdates slides.
· Strategic Research & Storytelling- Partner with sales and solutions teams to collect data for the creation of compelling client case studies, conduct market and competitor research to support proposition development and assist in the development and refinement of product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
About you:
  • A recent graduate with a degree in business, psychology, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about strategy, product, and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
What we offer:
  • Your own world class coach
  • Friends and family coaching
  • 2 weeks work from anywhere
  • Charity days
  • Learning and Development Budget
  • Weekly wellbeing hour
  • Private medical insurance
  • Pension scheme
  • Life insurance
  • Flexible working hours
