The Propositions Manager within FNZ is a key role that helps to define the propositional strategy for our customers, providing leadership and expertise in several areas:
- Defining the overall propositional strategy for the region or responsible area and leading its delivery.
- Providing propositional guidance to customers and developing ongoing proposition roadmaps.
- Identifying future FNZ roadmap items aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Sharing market competitor analysis and using market knowledge to guide FNZ and customers.
- Increasing FNZ market share by collaborating with sales and strategic teams to develop future sales strategies.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Define propositional strategy across all market channels, obtaining regional approval.
- Assess customer needs, market trends, competitors, and environmental factors.
- Engage with customers to demonstrate products and secure commitments.
- Support sales processes, including RFP responses and scoping new opportunities.
- Develop future sales strategies and identify revenue opportunities.
- Deliver the FNZ propositional roadmap to maintain market leadership.

Experience Required
- Extensive experience in wealth management and related markets.

- Background in financial services or wealth market delivery/consulting.
- Degree qualification (2:1 or above) or equivalent.
