The opportunity
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and supporting Proposition Governance - taking ownership of high impact tasks that help ensure our product offerings are developed, managed, and monitored to the highest standards, fully aligned with our corporate strategy and regulatory expectations.
12 month fixed term contract, based 2/3 days a week in our Swindon office.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the control, oversight, and enhancement of proposition governance throughout the full proposition lifecycle.
- Managing Product Reviews, completing them to high standards using a prescribed schedule and format, and contributing to process development.
- Building effective relationships with product providers for ongoing governance.
- Providing data and commentary for a regular Proposition Governance Report for operational control and organizational committees & boards.
- Maintaining a comprehensive Proposition Database with current and legacy propositions, including product details and review outputs.
- Monitoring and reporting on the proposition development roadmap.
- Collaborating with the wider proposition team.
- Writing reports and providing data inputs for reports.
- Updating proposition governance content on intranets and assisting with communications.
- Handling inquiries related to proposition governance from advisers and colleagues.
What will you need to succeed?
- At least 1 year of experience in product or marketing administration/consultant roles.
- Knowledge of Openwork's product types and the financial advice market.
- Degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Possession or willingness to obtain CII RO1 or CF1 qualification.
- Financial services industry knowledge is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A positive, resourceful, and self-motivated individual with a strong "can do" attitude.
- Ability to handle complex information and data effectively.
- Strong prioritization skills and adaptability.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support the wider business.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
