What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and enhancement of propositions across our portfolio—from concept to launch
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and member insight gathering to inform strategy
• Build robust business cases and implementation plans for new initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Finance
• Create compelling sales materials and proposition toolkits
• Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously seek improvement opportunities
• Present insights and updates to internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:
