What you'll be doing:

The role primarily focuses on comprehensive proposal development and management, where you'll lead the end-to-end process, coordinate timelines and deliverables, manage document control, and ensure compliance with all requirements and guidelines. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards through content creation, professional formatting, thorough quality checks, and final document assembly.

  • Lead full proposal lifecycle from RFP receipt through final submission, including timeline management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, legal) to gather information and develop winning strategies
  • Create compelling, compliant proposal content that aligns with customer requirements and company brand
  • Structure and oversee proposal development, ensuring all components meet format requirements and deadlines
  • Maintain and update the central bid library with reusable content, following proper version control
  • Build relationships with Business Development leads and subject matter experts
  • Support proposal writers in developing high-quality content and responses
  • Manage quality control processes while meeting tight deadlines




What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, including proofreading and editing.
  • Project management experience.
  • Flexibility to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, ability to read and review tender documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the UK procurement environment.
  • Proactive approach and initiative.
  • Experience with Google systems, Salesforce CRM, and proposal software tools.
