A leading wealth management firm seeks a Proposition support professional to enhance their Financial Planning and Investment Management processes. This role involves collaboration across departments to ensure propositions meet client needs and comply with industry standards, contributing to the company's commitment to exceptional service.

The purpose of this role is to help the Proposition team in Quilter Cheviot to establish, maintain, and improve a competitive Financial Planning and Investment Management proposition, supporting the Investment Management Proposition Manager, Financial Planning Proposition Manager and Head of Advice Standards in the team. This will include a wide range of tasks and requires a strong working knowledge of financial planning and investment management services / products, as well as Advice Standards. You will need to be comfortable working with front office teams, central teams including risk and compliance, and senior leadership across Quilter Financial Planning, Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning and Quilter Cheviot.

Additionally, the role will help to prepare and distribute any forum related MI and presentation decks required from the Proposition team. The role will also be responsible for tracking the Proposition team’s actions from governance committees and forums. Finally, the role will be required to provide project support to the Proposition Managers and Advice Standards Manager with any Proposition / Advice Standards projects that the team is leading, in addition to the change initiatives mentioned above.
