• Facilitate answer planning sessions, interviews, workshops and reviews to support winning submissions.
• Review responses against client requirements and evaluation criteria; provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain consistency through house style, templates and content standards.
• Proofread and quality-check submissions before final sign-off and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of bid content by reviewing evidence, case studies and collateral materials.
• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve future proposal performance.
• Leverage technology and best-practice tools to increase efficiency and responsiveness across the team.
