The Role

We are seeking for a skilled and motivated Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing new projects by crafting compelling, compliant, and persuasive bids and proposals. You will work closely with project managers, estimators, and business development team to highlight their expertise and align the business' solutions with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals for social housing projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and operational information.
• Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain a library of proposal content, templates, and case studies.
• Participate in bid strategy meetings and contribute to win themes.
• Monitor and report on proposal progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in English, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in proposal writing within the construction or social housing sector.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with proposal management software is a plus.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
