Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for producing client-facing proposals in response to tenders and unsolicited opportunities. You should be a strong writer capable of transforming technical and business content into compelling narratives. Additionally, you will manage the inputs required for proposals, tracking and coordinating these through the bid lifecycle.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proposal writing experience
• Managing inputs into proposals
• Knowledge of Shipley methodology and ability to use Proposal Strategy Statements, Theme Statements, and hot buttons
• Ability to contextualise raw content
• Experience in a sales environment
• Understanding of government procurement processes
• Strong proposal writing skills
• Managing bid leads, reviewing, and providing pursuit recommendations
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of bids to ensure all products/services are included in the final pricing
• Conducting storyboard sessions when a Proposal Manager is unavailable
