Step into the dynamic world of Morgan Payments as a Proposal Manager

As a Proposal Manager at Morgan Payments, you will craft compelling sales proposals that drive success across Treasury Services, Trade & Working Capital, and Merchant Services. Play a pivotal role in helping Morgan Payments win business by creating customized and impactful proposals.

As a Proposal Manager-Analyst in the EMEA Global Payments Proposal and Solutions Group (GPPSG), you will support sales activities by generating customized, persuasive sales proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Information (RFI), or proactive requests from prospective and existing clients. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of each proposal, from creation to final delivery.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project manage and control the proposal process end-to-end, collaborating with sales managers, subject matter experts, senior management/stakeholders, and other proposal team members to create, customize, and deliver sales proposals.
2. Develop an understanding of the proposed solutions to complete projects and tailor responses accordingly.
3. Populate drafts using our global repository, ensuring responsiveness to all client/prospect requirements and questions.
4. Prepare, maintain, and manage the proposal project matrix outlining all deliverables and milestones, coordinating input from relevant experts and escalating issues when necessary.
5. Conduct regular review meetings to ensure adherence to action items and deadlines.
6. Ensure submitted proposals are of high quality, accurately reflect Morgan Payments solutions, and adhere to brand and style guidelines.
7. Coordinate with subject matter experts and the knowledge manager to update the global repository as responses are created and improved.
8. Participate in and lead internal initiatives to promote best practices and process improvements.
9. Attend meetings and bank training to enhance knowledge of cash management, trade, and merchant services products globally.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
