Region NCE > Service Commercial > Service Sales Offshore StrategyYou will be part of the NCE Offshore Service Sales team to create high quality and effective service proposals for offshore wind farms. The team is responsible for winning service business in the region ensuring capability of complex service activities to offshore sales projects, as well as evaluating the cost drivers and conducting business analysis to ensure high quality in the proposals. You will work closely together with sales managers and industry specialists to make value creating sales proposals for servicing of new and existing offshore wind farm projects. The Proposal Development/Business Analyst role is a highly diversified role that requires solid technical skills combined with a solid commercial mindset.
Responsibilities- Completing operational cost quotations and internal operational review presentations for Service
- Maintaining cost assumptions and relevant content in models and tools used for sales support
- Supporting development and maintenance of models and databases needed for project cost base estimation, review and benchmarking.
- Completing sales related business case analysis and ad-hoc analytical tasks incl. reporting of sales data in Operations
Qualifications- Master's degree within Economics and Business Administration or Engineering
- Good communication skills in verbal and written English
- Good presentation skills
- Skilled user of Microsoft applications
- Economic/financial modelling skills. Understanding of programming is beneficial (VBA, SQL etc.)
Competencies- Good at problem solving with high attention to detail and power of concentration, yet able to work in a time-sensitive setting to meet deadlines
- Effective team member, who is good at collaboration with good communication skills
- Ability to be outgoing at times, and to build effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Organized, capable of prioritizing workloads and thrive well in an ever-growing sales environment
- Interest in the service business, curious and willing to learn about our service operations
