Job summary

Syneos Health in Farnborough is seeking a proactive Proposal Analyst to support bid responses for domestic and global opportunities. You will collaborate with business development, contracts, and finance to assemble budgets and proposal texts aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a business or health related field.
• Experience in proposal preparation in CRO/pharma preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and communications tools.

Responsibilities

• Receives and analyzes RFPs from Business Development and assigns SMEs.
• Prepares and edits proposal text and budgets in response to RFPs and rebids.
• Ensures budgets/texts align with RFP and client specs; obtains third party quotes.
• Manages the proposals process and stage gates from receipt to delivery with limited support from line manager.
• Coordinates project hand-over meetings and supports PlanActivation.
