The role

We are recruiting Property & Workplace Apprentices to support our Property & Workplace teams in London.

The role is based within the Property & Workplace group in the London office, working across various departments to provide support to colleagues and clients., whilst working towards successful completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

Virtual job fairs

Our apprentices will learn from colleagues and mentors to build a wide range of skills and experience by working across a number of the Property & Workplace functions such as Reprographics, Records Management, Mail Services, Front of House, Document Production, and Legal Administration.

Good communication skills and a high level of professionalism are required to fulfil the role.

APPRENTICE ELIGIBILITY

  • You will need GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above
  • You need to have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for the last 3 years

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow internal procedural guidelines ensuring all systems are updated and documentation is completed.
  • Deal with queries and requests from internal and external clients, and visitors at all levels
  • Provide administrative support as required including filing, scheduling, data entry, and finance support
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing post, DX and courier deliveries
  • Records management (archiving ) requests and returns as required
  • Distribution of external and internal deliveries as required
  • Engage with approved suppliers to ensure stock levels within the office and department are maintained
  • Production and finishing of hard copy documents to a high standard in various sizes
  • Undertaking printing requests from a variety of applications including Microsoft office suite
  • Scanning of documents to distribute externally or store in line with the e-filing policy
  • Assisting with meeting room bookings including updating the system, catering, IT requirements and setting up video conference facilities and WebEx meetings
  • Creation and amendment of documents within the firms house style guidelines
  • Opening of matters in the firms document management system and filing of documents within agreed protocols
  • Assisting with event organisation
  • Completion of training to ensure both technical and personal skill development
  • To undertake ad hoc departmental duties from time to time in accordance with departmental and business needs, as identified by the manager.
  • Read and understand the requirements of the firm’s Health and Safety policy and ensure that it is applied appropriately.

  • Focus on continued personal development and ensuring all training requirements are up to date
