Job summary

Rettie & Co is seeking a Viewing Agent in Glasgow to support the sales team by providing high-quality property viewings and customer service. The role requires managing viewings, gathering precise feedback, and maintaining strong client relations to aid decision-making. A knowledge of the Shawlands area helps tailor property information to buyers.

The position is part-time (approx. 20 hours per week) spread over evenings and weekends, with an option for either a permanent or fixed-term

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Good knowledge of Shawlands and surrounding area.
• Must hold a current, clean UK driving licence for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales Performance – provide an effective viewings service to support sales.
• Managing Administration – stay organised in the viewings process.
• Excelling in Client Care – identify client needs and provide detailed information.
• Maintaining Company and Operational Standards – comply with policies and procedures.
