I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based in Harrogate, for a Property Valuer/Branch Manager to join their fantastic team on a full-time, permanent contract.

I am seeking an experienced and proactive Property Valuer/Branch Manager to oversee the management of my client's residential sales office and provide an effective valuation service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong Estate Agency and Valuing experience. The role requires effective communication with existing and potential clients, and people across the business to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the office. Candidates must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with Transport.

Day to Day:
  • Provide valuations on residential sales and lettings properties and turn these into new instructions.
  • List new properties for sale.
  • Manage the sales office and lead your small team by example, being a real team player.
  • Communicate effectively with our clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Salary around £40,000 - dependent on experience.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Rotating Saturdays - weekday off in lieu.
About You:
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Transport is essential.
