THE OPPORTUNITY: Get Recruited are working with an award-winning property agency who are leaders in their field and have just been awarded the UK leading property group. They are now on the lookout for a Property Team Leader to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience managing properties and a team and ideally will have student lettings experience. This is a brilliant opportunity and not one to be missed.

The Role

• Managing 1-1s and reviews for a team.
• Supporting and delivering structured training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance is up to date
• Build strong relationships with landlords
• Manage a portfolio
• Report on weekly figures to senior management

The Person

• Must have at least 3 years` experience working within a property team leader/management role
• Management experience
• Ideally will have experience within student lettings
• Must have experience with Microsoft systems including PowerPoint
