Qualifications

• Experience in property sourcing or estate agency is required.
• Experience in sales, property investment, land acquisition, or business development is beneficial.
• Strong communication and networking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source properties with redevelopment potential via auctions, probate contacts, estate agents, direct-to-vendor approaches, and off-market channels.
• Travel across South London and Kent to build relationships as needed.
• Assist in assessment, negotiation, and acquisition processes with the management team.
