As a Property Solicitor, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential, commercial, or agricultural property matters depending on experience – with the freedom to shape your path and the support of a respected, collaborative team behind you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of property transactions from start to finish
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal documents
Build strong relationships with clients, landowners, agents, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance and attention to detail across all matters
Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
Provide commercially focused advice on both traditional and innovative rural projects
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property law (residential, commercial, or agricultural)
Strong communicator who thrives in a team-focused, collaborative environment
Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
Ambitious and ready for progression
Interest or experience in rural/agricultural matters is a plus
