Property Solicitor – Gerrards Cross

Location:Gerrards Cross
Job Type:Full-time, Permanent
Salary:£45,000 – £60,000 DOE
Working Arrangement:Hybrid working available (2–3 days in office)

TSR Legal are working in partnership with a well-regarded regional law firm to recruit an experiencedProperty Solicitor (3+ years PQE)for their established office inGerrards Cross. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that values client service, local presence, and team input—offering a key role with involvement in business development and department growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction to post-completion
• Supervise and support junior team members
• Lead and contribute to marketing efforts and growing the department locally
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and introducers
• Attend networking events and represent the firm in the local community

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential and/or commercial property
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in marketing, networking, and business development
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to take a proactive and commercial approach
