Job summary

LENNOXVALE in Belfast is seeking a diligent property solicitor to join their highly regarded property team. You will work on a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial property, real estate finance, acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant issues.

The firm welcomes solicitors NQ and above with residential conveyancing experience who want to develop in commercial property, with a supportive environment and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor NQ - PQE+ with experience in either commercial property/ real estate or residential conveyancing at a local or regional law firm.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills.
• Able to work independently but also as part of a broader team.

We are partnering with a highly respected law firm in Belfast, in their search for a diligent property solicitor to join their impressive property team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a legal 500 ranked property team.

Our client is open minded to solicitor's with a residential conveyancing background that are interested in learning and developing their property career in commercial property / real estate.

What your new Role

In your new role as property solicitor, you will form part of a high-performance property department dealing with a wide variety of high quality property matters such as, Real Estate Finance Matters, Acquisitions & Disposals of Commercial Property, Landlord & Tenant and Commercial Leases.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

As the Property Solicitor;

• You will be a qualified Solicitor NQ - PQE+ and have experience in either commercial property / real estate or residential conveyancing at a local or regional law firm. Our client is flexible and open on PQE level.
• Have have excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills.
• Be able to work independently but also as part of a broader team.
