The role requires at least 3 years of PQE in commercial and residential property law, managing a diverse caseload, and advising on various property transactions. Job Description:

Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
Salary - £35,000 to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Shifts - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Were currently assisting with a respected law firm to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX (Conveyancing Accredited) with at least 3 years PQE in commercial and residential property.
Youll handle a broad and interesting caseload across acquisitions, leases, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters, with the support of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a full range of commercial and residential property transactions
  • Advising on leases, landlord & tenant disputes, and due diligence
  • Drafting property-related documents and ensuring legal compliance
  • Building strong client relationships and maintaining a proactive service approach

Experience

  • Must have 3 years PQE in commercial and residential property law
  • Solid experience across leases, sales/purchases, and L&T disputes
  • Familiar with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
