THE ROLE:
A qualified solicitor is required to join an experienced team, providing independent legal advice on a wide range of property transactions. This is a highly client-facing role. You’ll advise on residential and commercial matters, including buy-to-let, bridging, development loans, and more complex commercial deals involving multiple companies, often requiring cross guarantees and deeds of subordination.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, with newly qualified status preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner are key, along with confidence using Zoom and general IT systems, although training will be provided. The role requires someone who can work independently and manage a full schedule of client appointments efficiently.

THE FIRM:
A specialist law firm offering independent legal advice for property transactions. The team consists of three solicitors, two trainee lawyers and three administrative staff. The firm is located in a picturesque location, providing professional and comfortable working environment.
