The Firm

Scale Lane are recruiting a Property Solicitor for an innovative, forward thinking and rapidly expanding firm headquartered in Norwich and serving the region and beyond.

This firm is multi discipline and is excelling across all areas but especially so in conveyancing, with many offices expected to open around the UK over the coming months and years, which is testament to the high quality, high value, customer focused service they offer as well as the innovation, foresight and tenacity from the management.

The Role

As an experienced Property Solicitor you will be instrumental in setting up and running a new office in the Norwich area. You will have the ability and drive needed to grow and manage a small team of conveyancers whilst handling your own caseload of around 50 cases consisting of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership among other residential conveyancing matters, with all cases from inception to completion.

You will be customer focused, output high quality work, help elevate the companies already high reputation in conveyancing and generate local and national work from your excellent client referrals.
