A Hampshire office of an established and successful law firm has a fantastic opening within a team of six property lawyers acting for clients with commercial and agricultural properties. The role offers good quality and varied work relating to sales, purchases, development and change of use of landed estates and agricultural land including farms, outbuildings, solar energy farms and related agri-business properties.

The Property Solicitor will have experience in Commercial Property or high-end Residential Property with an interest in developing their knowledge across Commercial and Agricultural Property under the guidance of experienced, friendly and supportive supervision.

The Property Solicitor role has flexible hybrid working arrangements and offers excellent career prospects with plenty of client contact providing networking and business development opportunities.

Salary: £52,000 to £62,000
