Advance Housing & Support Ltd is seeking a Property Services Quality Officer to join our Property Services team on a hybrid basis. You will oversee repairs, maintenance and void property programmes, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction across multiple counties.
The role requires experience in construction or property maintenance, strong knowledge of building methods and quality standards, and the ability to manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.
Position: Property Services Quality Officer
Location: Hybrid, covering Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Wiltshire and Dorset
Hours: 35 contracted hours per week
Salary: Up to £36,099.21 per annum (depending on experience), plus £2,280 per annum car allowance. You may also be eligible for a geographical allowance of £1,051 per annum, where applicable.
