Position Details:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday - No weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for client service requests, covering both urgent and routine tasks.
  • Manage scheduling of service appointments and coordinate logistics efficiently.
  • Provide customers with real-time updates regarding appointment schedules.
  • Assign work orders to appropriate teams considering cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
  • Oversee ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff, supervisors, and leadership to address inquiries and monitor workflow.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on time or extensions are requested as needed.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain operational standards to achieve performance benchmarks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in scheduling, logistics, or workforce coordination.
  • Preferred background in Housing / Property / Construction.
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellence.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous work in a high-paced industry, particularly within property maintenance or construction services.
