At Progress Housing Group, we’re more than just homes, we’re a community. With 900+ passionate colleagues, we’re committed to making a difference every day, supporting people to live independently and thrive.

While both roles share core responsibilities, one will focus on supporting our Healthy Homes initiative, particularly around managing HHSRS cases and triaging damp/mould reports in line with Awaab’s Law. The other will support our core Property Services operations, with a greater emphasis on financial administration and contractor liaison.

The Healthy Homes role is fixed term until 31st March 2027, and the core Property Services role is fixed term until 31st March 2026.
