Would you like to be part of the exciting property development scene in the Folkestone Harbour area?

This is a truly exceptional opportunity for a Property Sales Manager.

Our client has completed the first phase of the development with a large number of luxury properties now available. Outline planning permission has been granted for an additional 1000 homes further along the coastline, which will include a health club, pool, gym, roof-top bar, etc.

Currently, there are an array of sumptuous properties for sale with incredible interest. These include stunning sea-front apartments and duplexes, each with breathtaking views across the English Channel, ready for the taking.

The Ideal Person:

Some flexibility exists, but you MUST HAVE property experience, including the ability to deal with high-end, new home sales.

This position could be perfect for an experienced Property Sales Manager or applications are also invited from Property Sales Executives. You should be immaculate in appearance, vibrant, professional, and possess the drive, passion, and social skills to interact with high-net-worth individuals seeking their dream home.

The Role:

The Property Sales Manager will handle all sales enquiries, arrange viewings, and manage the entire process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth transition and keeping clients informed throughout.

Hours of Work:

You will work 5 days out of 7, ideally Thursday to Monday, but some flexibility is available to make the role more attractive and workable. For example, you might work 2 out of 4 weekends, depending on your needs.
