Property Sales Consultant (Entry-Level)

Location: West London
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

About the Role:

Want to break into the property industry, but don’t have a driving licence or estate agency experience? No problem. We’re looking for confident, ambitious people to join our head office team as Property Sales Consultants — where you’ll learn fast, work hard, and develop real sales skills that can take you anywhere.

You’ll be part of a vibrant, high-energy environment, helping drive leads and new business across sales, lettings, new homes, and investments. You’ll speak to prospective sellers and landlords every day, building relationships and introducing them to the benefits of working with one of London’s top estate agencies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speaking with homeowners and landlords about selling or letting their properties
• Building rapport quickly and explaining how we can help
• Creating future sales and lettings opportunities using our in-house database
• Working closely with our front office teams to pass on hot leads
• Gaining deep knowledge of the London property market, finance options, and investment strategy
• Helping grow our local market share in key London postcodes
