Job Title: Property Sales Consultant
Location: North Bristol
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturday (every other) 9.00am - 3.00pm

Salary: £29,000 - £40,000

Our client is a well-established, independent company that successfully covers Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset. If you're interested in joining an exciting and growing Sales Department, with the opportunity to report directly to the Senior Branch Manager, we want to hear from you.

For this role, you must hold a full, clean Driving Licence.

Main Duties:
  • Respond to property inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Organise and conduct property viewings.
  • Drive new business, increase sales property listings, and promote business growth across all company operations.
  • Meet sellers at their properties to conduct market appraisals, photograph, and advertise properties.
  • Negotiate offers with potential buyers and achieve targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both sellers and buyers.
  • Manage daily responsibilities to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Skills:
  • Experience in Property Sales (at least one year)
  • Professional, confident, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, focusing on efficiency and organization.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficient in administration and IT.
  • Able to collaborate within a team while being self-driven to complete individual tasks.
Benefits:
  • Advertised salary comprises a basic (£26k - £29k). Total package up to £35,000 to £40,000 OTE, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Commission available.
  • Work Saturdays (9.00am - 3.00pm) every other week, with an allocated day off during the week.
  • Petrol Allowance - 45 pence per business mile.
  • 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
