Property Sales Assistant

Hybrid working from our office in Newcastle city centre, from home and onsite

Temporary Maternity cover (until end of Aug 2026), full time (37.5 hpw)

Salary circa: £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) with great benefits!

We have fantastic opportunity for you to join our Statutory Sales team, supporting our customers to achieve their home ownership goals. As Property Sales Assistant (known internally by us as Statutory Sales Assistant), you’ll support our range of sales services as you deliver a fantastic customer focused experience to current and potential customers, promoting our home ownership services all the way!

Typical day as a Property Sales Assistant

  • You’ll help the team with your admin support, as well as being the team’s first point of contact
  • You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with our colleagues (internal and external) as well as with our customers.

You bring

  • Experience having worked in a customer centricand or property sales and marketing environment before
  • You’re a real people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills
  • You love supporting people (colleagues and customers) with your high standards, and you do so in a timely and methodical manner!
  • You’re logical and have great attention to detail (but don’t get lost in this!). You get why it’s critical to work to and follow set procedures accurately!
  • Comfortable working in digital marketing media or can learn quickly

Job details

  • 37.5 hours per week. You’ll manage your own diary.
  • This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend a minimum of 2 days in the office, others working at home or across our property locations where required.
  • Able to use technology for keeping accurate records, online advertising and marketing, producing reports and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
