Job summary

Nationwide is enhancing its Property Risk team, working with Chartered Surveyors, Solicitors and colleagues to assess property-related risk in lending security. The role requires experience in conveyancing or property valuations and a collaborative approach with stakeholders.

We support flexible working and a hybrid model across the UK. The Bournemouth office is a base for at least two days per week; part-time roles may allocate 40% of time.

Property Risk is a key part of the Risk Community, working closely with Chartered Surveyors, Solicitors and colleagues across the Society to assess and manage property-related risk. The team provides specialist expertise on legal and valuation matters that could impact the suitability of residential property as security for lending.

We're looking for someone with experience in conveyancing, property valuations or a related property discipline who enjoys analysing information, making well-reasoned decisions and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. This is an opportunity to build specialist knowledge while helping to protect both our customers and the Society.
