Home Based (with regular travel across the UK and internationally)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join a dynamic, fast-growing team. The role can be based from home or an office. You will work with large national and multinational organizations, providing risk consulting to support their risk control needs. The successful candidate will be dynamic, participate in diverse client teams, and contribute to revenue generation by delivering value-added consulting services. You will act as a lead on major projects and manage property risk control accounts for larger clients.

What the day will look like:

• Support the broking process, acting as a link between clients and insurance companies.
• Conduct site audits and surveys, producing risk and control reports.
• Develop prioritized recommendations for risk improvements.
• Review and validate insurance and third-party recommendations.
• Deliver formal reports and presentations.
• Lead projects and coordinate with Aon resources.
• Manage accounts for larger clients.
• Research technical issues and develop new products and services.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

• Solid background in property risk control and experience leading large risk control programs with a proven track record of account growth.
• Risk management qualifications or relevant certifications.
• Leadership skills on technical matters and business issues.
• Experience in insurer environments across multiple industries.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional conduct aligned with commercial objectives to maximize profit.
• Proficiency in common business IT applications.
