Job summary

Worth Recruiting specialises in recruiting for the property sector and is expanding its Epsom based team. We are looking for a Specialist Recruitment Consultant with property industry knowledge to join our business and pursue a recruitment-focused career.

Working with candidates and clients across the property sector, you'll identify talented individuals, build strong business relationships and match people to the right property-based job opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property-related sales roles (estate agency, lettings, property management, mortgages, surveying).
• Recruitment or staff selection experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of the property industry and the roles within it.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Proficient computer literacy with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong relationships with property professionals and candidates across the sector.
• Source, identify and assess candidates for property-based vacancies.
• Develop new and existing client relationships and understand recruitment requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess suitability and provide professional career advice.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial registration to placement and aftercare.
• Achieve individual targets while contributing to Worth Recruiting's growth.
