Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment is supporting a leading regional Legal 500 law firm in Hampshire to appoint an experienced Professional Support Lawyer in property. You will guide the team by building a knowledge management toolkit for residential and commercial property lawyers, and helping develop technology, software and AI use across the group.

You will liaise with IT and Learning & Development, create a central knowledge database, and work with Business Development to build a lawyer biography library

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in residential or commercial property law.
• Experience in client-facing roles within a city, national or regional practice.
• Strong knowledge of property law and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

Job description

A leading regional Legal 500 law firm are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join their property team as a Professional Support Lawyer in Hampshire.

Role

You will join the property team and guide them through their next phase of growth and development by building and developing a knowledge management toolkit for it's residential and commercial property lawyers.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the knowledge management of the property team and help the group with further development of technology, software and AI. You will liaise closely with the firm's IT and Learning and Development teams and build a central knowledge database.

You will also work closely with the Business Development Team to build the property team's lawyer biography library. You will develop and support the delivery of internal training.

You will also support the delivery of bespoke client facing training and provide monthly updates to lawyers.

Candidate

It is essential that you are an experienced commercial or residential property lawyer with at least 8 years PQE and you will have exceptional technical knowledge in property law. You must have good communication skills and previous experience in a client facing role with a city, national or regional practice.
