Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced property lawyer to join a leading regional Legal 500 firm in Hampshire as a Professional Support Lawyer. The role focuses on building a knowledge management toolkit for residential and commercial property lawyers and shaping the team's use of technology, software, and AI.

You will liaise with IT and L&D to build a central knowledge database, support lawyer biographies, and deliver internal and bespoke client training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years PQE in commercial or residential property law.
• Exceptional technical knowledge in property law.
• Experience in client-facing roles within a city, national or regional practice.
• Experience building knowledge management tools and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a knowledge management toolkit for residential and commercial property lawyers.
• Guide the property team through growth by building a central knowledge database.
• Collaborate with IT and Learning & Development to advance technology, software and AI, and publish monthly updates to lawyers.
