Property Project Supervisor

As our new Property Project Supervisor, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. In this exciting position, created due to business growth, you’ll work across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays UK and Overseas estate. Whilst being proficient in AutoCAD, you'll be involved in the project management of a strong pipeline of new property and refurbishment of our existing portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be involved in the end-to-end management of a wide range of property projects across our estate.
• You’ll maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and work closely with various other areas of the business.
• You’ll ensure that all statutory compliance requirements are met and managed effectively, as well as assist in liaising and managing property-related requests from the wider business.
• Using AutoCAD, you’ll be responsible for designing our wide-ranging property projects.

What you’ll have:

• Proven experience in general construction and fit-out management, ideally from a construction site or project management background in commercial property.
• Ability to use AutoCAD is preferred but not essential (training can be provided).
• NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management or similar.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software such as MS Project.
• Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.
