Birmingham Children's Trust are in the process of reconfiguring its accommodation to ensure it is fit for purpose, of good quality and meets the needs of the Children and Families we support.

As a result we are looking for a delivery driven Property Project Manager on either a one year secondment or fixed term contract. As Project Manager you will own and deliver a series of projects, identifying our customers requirements and building business cases for presentation at a senior level. The role will require the sourcing and acquisition of new accommodation and will mean delivering the associated and relocations.

You will be an experienced project manager with a successful track record of delivery. Ideally you will have experience of managing complex building or office moves. You will be working closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and be able to demonstrate great organisational and people skills. You will be able to demonstrate experience of negotiating with a number of suppliers.
