Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for excellence in property care and operational finesse? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to support the management of a prestigious residential property portfolio—combining luxury standards with proactive problem-solving.

About the Role In this unique and fast-paced position, you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day operations of multiple high-end residences. From ensuring properties are guest-ready at a moment’s notice to coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and in-house teams, your focus will be on delivering an effortless, seamless living experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of upkeep, presentation and readiness of homes, often under tight timelines.
• Handle regular inspections, schedule preventive maintenance, and tackle unexpected issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Source and manage trusted professionals to carry out works to the highest standard—on time and on budget.
• Help ensure rental properties perform at their peak: minimal vacancies, maximum returns, and a smooth tenant experience.
• Keep all legal, safety and insurance requirements fully up-to-date, with thorough record-keeping.
• Assist with reporting, system improvements, and driving operational efficiency alongside the Property Director.
• Take charge of energy providers and service contracts to optimise value and performance.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Property, Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, or a related field would be advantageous
• Comfortable managing complexity and confident in your ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Exposure to high-end residential, estate, hospitality or property management is highly desirable.
• Able to build effective relationships with household staff, agents, tenants and contractors.
• You operate with the utmost discretion, professionalism and integrity at all times.
• You’re solutions-focused, methodical and bring a data-driven mindset to your work.
