A financial services company in Cheadle is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to manage accounts and support the development funding team. Responsibilities include overseeing loan lifecycles, conducting site visits, and providing tailored customer support. The ideal candidate has experience in collections and recoveries, along with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills. As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will be part of our Collections, Recoveries and Customer Support team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts as well as assist our development funding team, complete account reviews and site visits to ensure full knowledge of the customer, their situation, and the security to identify the right course of action, mitigating risk and financial loss. You will play a key role in proactively managing loan lifecycles, addressing enquiries, and identifying further opportunities for both the company and our customers.
