Job summary

Page Executive seeks a Portfolio Fund Manager to own fund operations, portfolio management, treasury forecasting and investor reporting within a private credit portfolio. You will partner with borrowers, brokers and investors to ensure strong risk-adjusted outcomes while sustaining liquidity and capital management.

This hands-on role requires advanced financial modelling and construction/project funding oversight across property development projects.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio construction, performance monitoring and implementation of investment strategies.
Produce treasury forecasts, portfolio reporting, cash flow analysis and investor reporting.
Monitor loan portfolio performance, covenant compliance and risk exposures.
Review and oversee loan draw downs, borrower utilisation requests and project funding requirements.
Assess construction and development progress across a range of property development projects.
Analyse feasibility studies, cost-to-complete positions and Quantity Surveyor reports.
Build and maintain sophisticated Excel models to support forecasting, scenario analysis and executive decision-making.
Work closely with executive leadership on capital management, liquidity planning and portfolio strategy.
Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance and finance stakeholders to deliver efficient portfolio outcomes.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement and optimisation of portfolio management systems.
