Job summary

Insignis is seeking 2 experienced Plumbers to join our Property Team on a full-time permanent basis in Newbury and also in Basingstoke. You will carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in our properties, ensuring high-quality work and great customer service. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing OR 5+ years in the trade.
Strong customer service skills and ability to work in occupied properties.
Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices.
Ability to use an iPad or PDA.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS Card (Desirable).

Responsibilities

Repair domestic plumbing installations.
Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, showers, and kitchen sinks.
Fit and repair pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater).
Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks.
Install and fix domestic appliances like showers and washing machines.
Work on vented/unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative).
Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance.
