Napthens LLP is seeking a Property Paralegal to join our award-winning Rural Business Property Team, based in the picturesque market town of Kendal, nestled in the heart of the Lake District.

This is a unique legal role — an opportunity to engage deeply with the legal aspects of rural life. You will be involved in buying and selling farms, refinancing rural estates, and supporting succession planning for generations of farmers, contributing to a team that is as rooted in the land as the hedgerows of Cumbria.

What We Are Looking For:

• Legal experience in support roles such as conveyancing, commercial property, or real estate. Experience with the land registry portal and understanding of SDLT is preferred. You may have drafted contracts and started working on your own files.

• Supporting clients with land transactions, tenancies, renewables, estate planning, and more.
