Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above.
• SQE2 completed is highly desirable.
• Strong academic background and clear commitment to a legal career.
• Property experience or a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Property.
• Paralegal experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plot sales and related property work.
• General commercial property matters.
• Residential property involvement.
• Property administration and transaction management.
• Supporting a Partner on a significant plot sales workload.
• Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, development and landlord & tenant matters.
• Collaborating with solicitors and Partners within the Property team.
