Are you a Property Paralegal looking to join a thriving regional law firm?

Our Property team is dynamic and the fastest growing within the firm. We have 6 team members across 2 offices servicing our clients’ needs across all aspects of transactional property matters, both residential and commercial.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and forward-thinking Paralegal to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. We are experiencing impressive growth and need extra resources to support our future plans.

You will handle a broad range of work across the Residential and Commercial Property team, contributing independently and supporting the entire team.

The role involves supervised work on various matters, with early responsibilities and opportunities to manage your own small caseload, depending on experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting fee earners and assisting in departmental work
• Managing files
• Interacting directly with clients and managing expectations
• Providing efficient and friendly client service

We seek a Paralegal with experience in Residential and/or Commercial Property, strong attention to detail, and a flexible approach to meet deadlines and communicate regularly with clients.
